I have not had a “bad week” or a “cheat week”. I have simply relaxed and had a wonderful time where I ate lots of yummy food and missed some workouts. But that it perfectly okay. Tomorrow, I shall go for a run and do three hours of Karate and drink 2 litres of water and eat five fruit and veg and get a good nights sleep.
